The forms on this site (contact, groups, gift cards, booking-opening notification) collect only the information strictly necessary to handle your request: first name, last name, email, phone (optional depending on the form), message, and where applicable, information related to the group or to the beneficiary of a gift card.
This data is used solely to: (i) reply to your request, (ii) prepare a quote or a booking where applicable, (iii) where you have explicitly asked, notify you when 2026 ticketing opens.
Recipients
Data is sent only to the recipient designated by the publisher (internal The D-Day Boat Tours team). It is not sold, is not transferred outside the European Union, and is not shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
Retention
Data is kept only as long as needed to process your request, then archived for the legal duration related to the contractual relationship where applicable, then deleted.
